Our Premium BC Water Buffalo ground meat is naturally lean and tastes very similar to grass fed beef. This special blend is 90% ground and 10% liver, heart and tongue.

All our animals are 100% grass fed and finished and are raised in Salmon Arm, British Columbia. Our family loves to use it in tacos, meatballs, and burgers!
